Non Compliant ISPs

This section will host information about Non-compliance of major polices of NIXI by Member ISPs regarding:

• Non-announcement of all regional routes.
• Not upgrading port capacity despite their 95^th percentile of in/out traffic exceeding 70% of existing port capacity, for three months.
• Non payment of dues:
  • You Telecom India Pvt. Ltd. is disconnected on 9^th April, 2009 from NIXI Mumbai and Chennai due to non payments of X-Y and port capacity charges to NIXI.
  • IOL Netcom is disconnected on 30^th April, 2009 from NIXI Mumbai due to non payments of X-Y and port capacity charges to NIXI.
